cooking class last night... and it was!
I had asked for suggestions about a Brunchy Beverage to take to the class to share with everyone since we were making delicious brunch items. I love Mimosas and Cosmos... and I had found a recipe for Kir Royale which looked delicious.

Then after we drank both bottles of Champagne... no, it wasn't just the two of us... there were about 12 people there... so everyone had a Chambord Kir Royale... The we had something I had never heard of before:
Petite Caramel Pecan Rolls/Waffle Iron Hash Browns/Lemon Ricotta Pancakes/Ham & Asparagus Frittata.
In the middle are two pancake toppings: blueberry & maple syrup and fruit salsa.
It was a fun night. The food was fantastic and the drinks were spectacular... it was well worth the drive!
Now, I've just got to locate some Mamamango in my small town... Wish me luck.
